We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and to complete verified requests within 30 days, in line with applicable data protection requirements.
6. Exceptions
We may retain certain information where required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, even after a deletion request has been processed.
